Information and Advice Service
(Based at Age Concern Hythe)

We now have a new Information and Advice Service running alongside our Care Navigator and Cila.

This service is run from the Day Care Centre at Sanford House Monday – Friday 9am to 4pm. Home Visits are available, should it be necessary.

A wide range of information is updated regularly and advice is available on entitlement to welfare benefits, general form filling, referral for disability aids to the Occupational Therapy Department, Referrals to other organizations for example, In touch and housing information and accessing public services. (This is not exhaustive)
